Couture commissions. A 50% advance reserves atelier time; sketches and swatches are approved in writing before cutting. Timelines quoted at consultation are binding on us — and fittings kept on time keep them so.

Boutique orders. Prices include taxes where applicable; duties for international orders are calculated at checkout. Ready pieces ship in 48 hours; exchanges within 14 days, unworn with seals intact.

Made-to-measure & final sale. Personalised, measured and couture pieces are final sale, protected instead by our lifetime alteration promise — one complimentary re-fit per year, forever.

Jewellery. Certified stones travel with valuation documents; heirloom resets require a signed condition report. High-value viewings may require identification.
